Unfortunately, the Judge of Indian District court dealing our case has suggested adding up one more section of law known as section No 12 to the charge sheet.
The Police have arrested MFI Members for Burning their Passport and the FIR Charges was under section 14. They have come to India Legally and they are not fugitive escaping from a convicted crimes in Pakistan. They left Pakistan seeking asylum in India. According to section 12, Our Member doesn’t fit in this section, this act is an absolute accuse from the court.

Indian Court demands security for bailing out the MFI Members.
MFI members, who are now in Tihar Jail New Delhi, have come to India from Pakistan where they were being tried on for blasphemy cases, and their death was certain if they didn’t have left Pakistan.
They came to India, they protested against Pakistan’s brutality and tyranny, in New Delhi. They were full of fury, rage and roaring anger against Pakistan regime. In expressing their anger and lava of hatred, they burnt Pakistani flag, effigies of Pakistani Officials. Shocking waves went through the hearts of Indian public, and it left the Indian Police in state of awe, as they burnt their Pakistan Passports.

Let’s take a look at the possibilities and probabilities of MFI members fleeing from India.
MFI Members face death penalties in Pakistan. It is out of question that MFI Members would ever return to Pakistan.
MFI Members burnt their Passports on 23rd April during the protest. And this is why the MFI Members are now in the Jail.
Could the Indian Court kindly elaborate if a person is eligible to travel without a passport?
Due to loss of their Passports, It is impossible for the MFI Members to travel out of India to any country. I wonder why Indian Court demands for the security for the bail out.
MFI is not in a position to gather 700,000 Indian Rupees for the bail out of the arrested members.

MFI’s expectations from INDIA
His Divine Grace Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi recognizes His Holiness Sai Baba, His Holiness Sant Kabir, His Holiness Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Her Holiness Guru Maa Anand Murti as Friends of God appointed from the heaven.
His Divine Grace Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi declares that whosoever is connected with God, they are friends of God, no matter what religion they belong to. Pakistan Government and Islamic Jurists say that this philosophy is totally against Islam. Pakistan Government declared His Divine Grace Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi as an Indian agent. His Divine Grace tells us that He loves Hindu’s and that Hindu religion also was sent by God. India is in the good book of His Divine Grace Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi.
After the appearance of the images of His Divine Grace Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi, people of many religions are convinced that He is the awaited One, the one whom the whole of humanity has been waiting for. His Divine Grace is believed to be the Awaited Kalki Avatar. His image has become visible on Maha-Shiv Lingh (The Black Stone).
Following the appearance of His Images on the Moon, the Sun, the Mars, the Holy Black Stone, on Shiv-Lingh in Omar Kot Temple, appeals were made to Pakistan Government to carry out an extensive scientific research into the matter. We suggested to the Pakistan Government that she had better verify the existence of these divinely manifested images, and if the findings prove our claim to be false, the Pakistan Government deserves the right to punish us against any false claim. Appeals as such, were made to Nawaz Sharif Government, Benezir Bhutto Government and General Pervez Musharraf Government, but none of them responded to the appeals. Instead, they instructed the Police to arrest our members for publicizing these images. The Islamist organization too started to work on the Government’s agenda. The Islamist organizations instigate blasphemy cases against our members in Pakistan. Last year the Pakistani Police with the help of Islamist organizations imposed blasphemy cases on 250 MFI Members. 50 members have already been arrested; dozens of them have been taken to unknown places. The minimum punishment under blasphemy laws is life time imprisonment.
Some of our members have migrated to United Kingdom. The UK has granted asylum to our members. We sent 70 members to India for asylum. Mehdi Foundation International protested against Pakistan Government in New Delhi on 23rd April 2007. They were praising India. They raised slogans of Long Live India! But India put them behind the bars. They burnt their passports in fit of rage. They came to India for Asylum. They thought India would be merciful on them. But India didn’t appreciate what MFI did. 19 women, including 5 of them pregnant, 7 children and 40 men were arrested right after the protest. The women were dragged into the bus, and they were taken to Jail.

Application of law is based on intent rather than the action itself. Our people burnt the passports in fit of rage. Their intent was nothing apart from expressing their anger and agitation. When they left Pakistan, they were determined that they wouldn’t return to Pakistan. They didn’t overstay in India for malicious intentions or anything criminal. They wanted to apply for asylum. If the Indian Police didn’t arrest them, they would have applied for asylum. All our members entered India on valid documents and valid visa. Their intentions are clear. They need India’s help, but India punishes them.
India should not damage it secular image in the international community.

New Islamic Law has recently been imposed in Pakistan
According to BBC News London, Pakistan Government has imposed a new law whereby an individual who leaves Islam, shall be awarded Death Penalty.
Which means if India hands our people over to Pakistan, the Pakistan Government will instantly award them death penalty.

Plea to India
I would like to determine that we shall make all possible efforts to prevent our people returning to Pakistan.
I have written a detailed letter to Freedom House USA and US State department about the situation and condition of our people in India.
I request the Indian Government to have mercy on our people. I request India to grant asylum to our people. If India must not grant them asylum, they should please allow our people to seek asylum from Canada or UK.
