On Divine Love And Global Peace

On March 5th, 2006, Mehdi Foundation International (MFI) hosted an
Interfaith International Symposium in Ceylon Continental, Colombo, Sri
Lanka. The attendance from all walks of life in Sri Lanka showed up to
listen to the distinguished Speakers of all Schools of Thought and
Religions on a burning topic of Global Peace and a much needed solution
of Divine Love. The attendees, weary of relentless violence and living
under constant threat of terrorism, quietly noted various points of view
on these issues. There were continual rounds of applause on presenting
the Solution of solutions to humanitarian issues, and that is the
Goharian Approach to present global menace which has taken humanity to
the lowest depth of humiliation and injustice.
The distinguished speakers in the Symposium included Dr. Jehan Parera,
Director National Peace Council, Sri Lanka, Dr. Jayalath Jayawardhana,
Senior Member of Sri Lankan Parliament, Mrs. Padma Edrisinghe former
Education Director, etc. Dr. Jayawardhana was filling in for and
nominated by Honourable WJM Lokubandara, Speaker of Sri Lankan
Parliament. The list of MFI Speakers included M. Ali, Juveria, S. Bell,
Naeem AlGohar, G. Riaz, etc. The evening started with a brief
introductory speech by the Chief Executive Mr. Younus AlGohar.
The Event was hosted by Mr. M. Ali, Senior Advisor, Mehdi Foundation
International. Mr. Ali spoke on the current global issues, the
introduction and the role of MFI as flag-bearer of Goharian Philosophy.
Dr. Parera spoke that the religions have outplayed their role, and the
time of religions is outdated and gone. He emphasized the need for a
solution over and above religion to unite humanity because no religion
can legitimately claim to have united the entire humanity in the history
of the world. He acknowledged the role of MFI and its works towards
global peace. He mentioned that we want to support and learn from MFI.
Juveria read the Tenets of HH Gohar Shahi and ‘A brief Introduction to
the Book’, both from the Book, “The Religion of God”, authored by HH
Gohar Shahi.
Mrs. Padma Edrisinghe emphasized the need to work together in view of
worsening relations among religions and prevailing unrest throughout the
World. Mr. N. AlGohar expounded on Goharian methodology of producing the
Divine Light in the Heart, and invited the world to explore and
experience the technique of producing Divine Light (Noor) in order to
obtain Divine Love. Mrs. Susan Bell explained about the images of Gohar
Shahi on the Sun and the Moon and chronological background of
investigation of images. She spoke about the repeated requests to
Pakistan Government to investigate the data on Images provided by NASA,
the US Space Agency. She explained that the Saudi Government obtained
Verdict from her court of Sharia that if Gohar Shahi stepped in Mecca He
should be assassinated.
Dr. Jayawardhana spoke that the members of parliament appreciate the MFI
message of peace and love in Sri Lanka. He shed light on the problems
related to terrorism and prevalent hatred and efforts to eradicate them
in all its forms and manifestations.
In between the speeches, the Host expounded in bits and pieces various
messages H.H. Gohar Shahi gave
from time to time. Quotes from His Book, “The Religion of God”; such as:
a revolutionary unique message for the entire humanity, offering
diversity of people and ethnic groups the method of cleansing Nafs (Ego,
Self) in order to approach the essence of God. There were several
hundred peace lovers who attended the symposium and appreciated the
message of unifying people at hearts, yet keeping the identity of
respective religion of their choice.
MFI also exhibited a picture gallery of Imam Mehdi, Messiah and Kalki
Avatar. These pictures included images on different planets including
the images in historical Black Stone. This beautiful evening ended with
a beautiful song and praise of Lord Gohar Shahi.
