Ill-fated and malicious Comments of Indian Judge is abhorable, disgusting and deplorable

The Court attendance of Mehdi Foundation International members in Jail No. 6, in Tihar Jail, was conducted via video conferencing on October 1st 2007.  The Patiala Court no. 4 Judge Mr. Ajaykumar Kuhar made shocking remarks to the ladies, he commented that do you not get Daal & Rotis (lentils and bread) in Pakistan that you have come to burden us.  Which means India cannot provide food to 65 human beings! He carried on saying, that they all looked like Maharanis and specifically said to a young woman Noreen that you look like a Princess. Yes, they come from well to do family, they left behind all their comforts and belongings to save their lives!  Does Ajaykumar Kuhar think they have come to be locked up in Tihar Jail to enjoy their Daal & Rotis?

This is unprofessional & outrageous coming from a Judge.  Obviously he is not informed that these 65 members of MFI are not in the jail on their own accord. They are not burden on India with their own decision, Indian Government arrested them! 

What Ajay Kumar Kuhar , The Metropolitian Magistrate has said is abhorable, disgusting and deplorable!  Indian public should ponder if it is wise that the Dispenser of Justice should be represented by a person of this calibre!
